Exchange Policy

​Unworn and unwashed products may be replaced if there is an issue with fit or style.

 

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of the original delivery date of your order. If you need to exchange an item, please email thehiddencoven@gmail.com with your name, contact number, and order number, and details for the exchange. Please allow 30 days for your replacement to be processed and shipped. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the first item back to The Hidden Coven, and the replacement will be sent out free of charge. Items MUST be unused and unwashed to be eligible for exchange/replacement. We do not restock and resell.

 

The Hidden Coven is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage/tracking when shipping items back for exchange.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

​

The Hidden Coven accepts cancellations that are made within three hours of ordering. After this time, the order is out of the queue and can no longer be adjusted for any reason. If you cancel within the three hour time frame, you will receive a credit to your account within 5-7 business days.
